YUMMY pumpkin pasta


 one of my favourit pasta recipes: PUMPKIN PASTA

slice 1 Hokkaidopumpkin in bit-sized pieces
marinate with a paste of  oliveoil, seasalt, and fresh thyme (if you like some chili and cumin)
put in the oven for 30 min (until they are al dente)

at the same time 
cook some pasta in boild saltwater until they are al dente

mix it together, add some parmesan  and fried pumpkin or pine seeds
